This year, we did things a little differently. Rather than drawing arbitrary lines around calendar years, we’re embracing the reality that our work doesn’t always start and stop neatly.

This report focuses primarily on our efforts throughout 2024, but we’ve also included two pilot programs that launched in late 2023 and made exciting strides into early 2025. They were too impactful not to include—and we think you’ll agree they deserve the spotlight.

This was our recorded Zoom meeting from Tuesday, May 6th at 3:30PM. Thank you to those who joined us. We did cut off all the Q&A, but we will share on our website some of the common questions and we might end up doing a youtube video just explaining the Alternative Equity program.

2023 Annual Report

  • We launched two new pilot programs that continue to grow in 2024

  • Doubled our CDFI lending in the region from $1.2M in 2023 to $2.4M in 2024.

  • We presented our Annual Report during a live webinar in March, with helpful explanations and Q&A. See the webinar.
